Before seeking additional support, please make sure you are running the latest version of TNEF's Enough. If you installed the app from the Mac App Store, open the App Store application to make sure an update isn't available. If you downloaded TNEF's Enough from my site, visit to make sure you have the latest version.
The reason that TNEF's Enough is provided for free is that I don't have time to provide the level of support that people (including myself) would expect from paid software. This is all part time effort in between a full time job and full time family.
