Before seeking additional support, please make sure you are running the latest version of QR Journal.
If you installed QR Journal from the Mac App Store, launch the App Store app and look in the "Updates" tab.
If you downloaded QR Journal directly, visit http://www.joshjacob.com to confirm you have the latest version.
The reason that QR Journal is provided for free is that I don't have time to provide the level of support that people (including myself) would expect from paid software.
However, you are free to email me with questions but please be patient while waiting for a reply.
Other feedback including feature requests is welcome.
All data for the application is stored in the following user directory: ~/Library/Containers/com.joshjacob.qrjournal/Data/Library/Application Support/QRJournal/.
The contents of this directory included the image files and a CoreData XML data store.
